I really don't know much about the Chakras so I thought this would be a good place to start. This little booklet is compact, easy to read, and gives an overall description thats easy to understand. I bought the aroma diffuser bracelet as well which looks great with my bling. I put my favourite essential oils on it which keeps me going for the day...

Although I have lots of books with chakra references, it is very handy to have this guide with all the basic information you need if I need to quickly check something.
