Tasmanian Native Pepper Medley: Blending Tasmanian Mountain Pepper with the more traditional taste of Australian Black Peppercorns, Zea’s Tasmanian Native Pepper Medley can be added to sweet and savoury foods to deepen the flavour and add a touch of heat. Dried Kunzea Leaf: This flavoursome herb is taken from the Kunzea ambigua plant, and contains aromatics of sweet honey, eucalyptus and fresh citrus. Here are some suggestions on how you can use Tasmanian Native Pepper Medley, Native Pink Lake Salt and Dried Kunzea Leaf together: - Coarsely grind some Native Pink Lake Salt flakes and mix with Dried Kunzea Leaf, rosemary and oil. - Rub into lamb prior to roasting for extra flavour - Combine Dried Kunzea Leaf with freshly ground Native Pink Lake Salt and Tasmanian Native Pepper Medley to your favourite salads and sauces to enhance their flavour - Season roast chips or vegetables with a sprinkle of Native Pink Lake Salt, Tasmanian Native Pepper Medley and Dried Kunzea Leaf - Grind Native Pink Lake Salt flakes into olive oil and serve with freshly baked bread STORAGE: Store in a cool dry place away from direct sunlight.
