Dried Kunzea Leaf
With the aromatics of eucalyptus and citrus, plus the sweetness of honey, Dried Kunzea Leaf has a multitude of uses.
Native to Tasmania, Kunzea is typically found along the coastal regions. The shrub itself can grow to approximately 5 metres high, but it is the leaves that are used in cooking.
Dried Kunzea Leaf makes a handy cooking herb thanks to its versatility. Its interesting and uplifting flavour works well with sweet and savoury dishes.
It’s a match-made-in-heaven for roast meats and baked veggies, adding a delicious touch to these signatures dishes. It can also be added to soups and sauces, sprinkled on salads and included in bread and pastry recipes. It also makes a great aromatic tea!

Dried Kunzea Leaf
The dried Kunzea leaves are fantastic.
So far used as a tea which I love , also on roast potatoes so delicious. If you like rosemary it's a little like that with a eucalypt twist so good. Highly recommended.
Made cannelloni last night and mixed it in with the ricotta, took it next level. Looking forward to using Kunzea in stir fry next.
Flavoursome garnish with a Tasi vibe. Very happy with this :) Also used for tea.
I love this great in cooking, will try it in other ways soon.
