Using our Sports Recovery Salts together with our Sports Cooling Spray is a simple and safe way to assist your body. Post sport — start by spraying MAGZEA™ Sports Cooling Spray directly onto the area of concern. Follow up with a warm bath using our MAGZEA™ Sports Recovery Salts. Simply add a generous handful (or ½ cup) to the bath and soak for 15-20 minutes. Pre sport — do the same but in reverse. Start with a bath and follow up by applying our Sports Cooling Spray.
